PLACING AN ORDER - simply click on the 'Add to cart' button next to the card you wish to purchase making sure in the dropdown options list you have the correct UK or Overseas option, once you have finished shopping click on the 'View Cart' button to view your order.
When viewing your shopping cart if you are happy with your choice(s) press the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, this will take you through to the check out where you will need to complete billing and delivery information. DELIVERY - UK Mainland
Each card, including postage and packaging is £2.45. All deliveries will be made between 1 to 3 working days. The Royal Mail aims to deliver most first class mail the next working day. However, to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive on time.


DELIVERY - International
Each card, including postage and packing for overseas customer's will be charged at £3.45. Item(s) will be dispatched the same day, but may take up to two weeks for delivery, so please ensure you allow as much time as possible for you order to arrive on time.

Please note: Once dispatched New Born Angels cannot be be held liable for any loss or damage to item(s).



OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - New Born Angels aims to deliver the highest standard product, but in the event that a listed item which you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and we will endeavour to offer similar and better alternatives.


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES - If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) you have received from us, return the item(s) within 7 days, stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Provided the item(s) has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange.
